The Hinds Victorian Guest House

The Hinds House has no elevator. Rooms are accessed by stairs.

We are unable to provide for pets.

Monthly rates are based on a 30 night stay.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment. Payment is required on arrival.

Check-in time is by appointment between 3:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Check out time 11:30 a.m.

Refunds incur a 15% charge.

Rooms and Rates are for 1 or 2 guests.

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.

Third party reservations require payment in full at time of reservation.

The Hinds House is a 100% non smoking accommodation. It is an accommodation designed for non smokers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property.

Cancellations without charge must be made 14 days or more before arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in a charge of one week's stay.

No-shows will be billed for one week's stay.

The historic nature of our inn prohibits the use of candles, matches, incense or combustible materials.

City hotel tax of 11% charged for all reservations of 29 days or less. No tax is charged for stays of 30 days or longer.

Guest rooms are furnished and guests may not bring additional furniture into the Hinds House.

Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Parking permits for street use are available at no charge on loan. If pass is not returned on check-out guest will be billed $25.00 so we can purchase a replacement from the city.
